Materials:
· 1/ 3 cup of milk (skim, whole and cream)
· Three small plates
· Food coloring (blue, yellow and green) (one drop of each color per plate)
· Dish washing soap (an cotton swab measure)
· Three cotton swabs

procedure:
1. Gather materials (milks, plates, food coloring, dish soap and cotton swabs)
2. Measure 1/3 cup for each milk (skim, whole and cream)
3. Fill the milk in the small plates
4. Add the drops of food coloring in each plate (one drop of each color per plate)
5. Dip the cotton swab on the dish liquid soap (all the cotton swab head)
6. Put the cotton swab with soap in one of the milk plates, observe and record.
7. Repeat the 6th step with the other two plates left, observe and record.
